How come I am not losing weight eating this...?

You should be glad you haven't gained weight eating this way. I'd love to know how you lost it. I don't know why grown ups eat cereal for breakfast. You should take time to do some research on high protein, low carb diets. You don't have protein at breakfast or lunch! Then at dinner you ate even more starch. Brussels and peas aren't on my program. The only thing you've really eaten is starch morning, noon and night. Gs are also not on my program. I'd love to get you on the program. With a few changes, you would be amazed at your progress. Email me for help.
