Just wondering, how does everyone feel about extremely matchy twin names?

Ugh as if twins weren't confusing enough! I don't know any with names like those personally, but someone else on here said they knew a Kirsten and Kristen. Those two names confuse me when the two people aren't related or even remotely similar to each other!
