If the rumored "North American Union" officially forms in the near future, which states if any would secede?

I'd like to think there would be at least a few states seceding if this North American Union was formed with bad intentions as the theorists claim. I was thinking Texas would be a big one and possibly Maine. Perhaps Alaska, but I'd suspect there's probably no way in hell the government would let them go with all that oil.
