Which means more, undergrad or master's degree? Which has more clout to an employer?

I am attending Gardner-Webb University, which is a private Baptist College. I would like to attend UNC Chapel Hill. My Uncle says that the first thing employers look at is where the undergrad degree is from. If I get my master's from Chapel Hill and my undergrad from GWU, will that have the same kind of clout as an Undergrad degree from UNC? Would an undergrad degree from Chapel Hill mean more than a degree from GWU with a UNC masters?? It is time for me to make decisions, but first I need information.
