If radical feminists are a minority, why does it seem like only the radicals are in positions of power?

Positions of power to implement and make laws that favor only feminists and some women. Why do this so-called minority of radicals achieved a high position compared to the moderate feminists? If the moderates are indeed the majority, how come none (as it seems) of them made it to a position that will enable them to oppose radical feminism? Surely, if the moderates are the majority, there must be some of them that would have d the government and abolish laws that were implemented by the so-called radicals that only favor women. But where are the "moderates"? What exactly do they do to prevent the atrocities done by their radicals? And how are they succeeding, if they are at all?
