Ok so I was walking my dogs, and these mexicans in a gold hoopty slowed down their car and rolled down their window to try to get my attention. I told them to eff off but they proceeded to follow me. Then they started yelling things like hey ***** nice ***, and asking what size my were. At this point my carolina dog started to bark and growl and all her fur on her neck was raised up. My pitbull/husky mix then jumped up onto their car window and started barking really loud until they drove off. Were my dogs protecting me or were they acting aggresively because of my fear? I've noticed they only bark at men who get to close to me, especially at night. Should I be worried they'll attack someone one day?

How do I work with or deal with a husband who is extremely pive-aggressive?

My husband won't ever tell me straight up what he thinks, what he likes or doesn't like, what makes him mad or happy or sad, what he'd like to see changed, what he doesn't want to see changed, etc., etc. It's like he doesn't have an opinion, and he does NOT have a backbone either! How can I face going back to cl after humiliating myself?

I'm a freshman in college, and I have this small acting cl that I'm in. There is less than 20 people, but they are really rude and snobby. It reminds me of junior high and I hate it. And my professor is a grad student and he is the worst! He is like that rude dumb pretentious frat guy type, and he thinks he is the most brilliant person in the world when it comes to acting. Okay now I will get to how I humiliated myself. He made everyone in go up in front of the cl and talk about themselves. But not in the normal way. I got up there and he just starts asking me things like "If the whole world was about to end and you only had 5 minutes to say everything about yourself and your life that would be written down in history what would it be blah blah blah". I have a really hard time talking about myself and am a really private person because for the past 3 years I had been dealing with SEVERE depression. I dropped out of school and just completely secluded myself. In April I over dosed and ended up in the hospital for a week. I didn't graduate, I got my GED and worked SO HARD this summer to get into college. My point is that I am a little emotionally unstable and it is really difficult for me to talk about myself without getting emotional. So he goes on interrogating me about what I "believe" in and won't elaborate. So I am up there having a hard time and making a complete idiot out of myself and all the rude girls are laughing and they all just think I am crazy. So I tried to explain myself in a way that wouldn't reveal too much and make me uncomfortable. He was asking about something I was pionate about that doesn't affect me, like a cause or something. I was trying to be honest so I said something along the lines of "At this point in my life, I really don't have a cause I am pionate about because I think at this age it's okay to be a little self centered. Right now I want to concentrate on myself and who I am and I think later on I'll have something I am pionate about but right now I'm just okay with being selfish." But I didn't say that so eloquently and just made a total idiot out of myself. And he just wouldn't accept that answer and just kept making me babble on and on just embarrassing myself. Then when I sat back down I started crying and it was so horrible! Right after, class let out. That was on monday, and I have the class again tomorrow and I just don't know how to deal with the awkward embarrassment. The girls are so bitchy and I hated the class before and I hate it even more now.

My grandfather has been throwing up yellow bile every morning for the past three mornings. He just went to the hospital the other day because of severe pains (which turned out to be kidney stones.) Help! period problems, Have not had normal cycle since Feb.?

I have a two year old son and a 7 month old that was born last Dec. Since Feb. my periods have not been right. In Feb. I had period that lasted for about 14 days and it was very heavy. So much so that I had to use pads and tampons. Then it finally stopped and started bck within a couple of weeks. Have been spotting to having heavy period every since. Went to Dr. twice he did ultrasound and uterine biopsy and every blood test imaginable. He put me on BC pills to fix cycle. First 2 months did not work at all, then finally they seemed to be working. Stopped bleeding for about 2 weeks then had cycle according to when the pills said I should. I am on the second week of pills for this month and am having heavy period again. This is getting to be very frustrating. My husband is starting to feel neglected. It has put life at a standstill. I am miserable from cramps and other PMS symptons. Also had tubal after last C-sec.

Does dreaming of myself dying signify an indication I am unable to resolve my own issue(s)?

This morning I dreamed I died and to prove if I was actually dead, while deep in the dream, I moved to the corner of my bed and purposely fell off landing of my left shoulder. I concluded if I felt pain, I would be physically alive; no pain would indicate death. I felt no pain; just remember l landed on the floor and felt nothing. I laid flat and somehow maneuvered to the bedroom door, I guess to leave the room, but could not get up and ended up in the corner. I was not frightened; just did not have a direction of what to do next. I realized in the dream I did not want my son to find me dead as that would be devastating for him to find me, so I woke up. My son and I are close so that part I don't question but why would I need to prove to myself I was actually dead or not? Wouldn't one know? This is the 3rd dream I have died; the first one was quite positive and the 2nd was more like this one: proof. Do I need intervention, you think? I am not afraid of dying, but this was kinda eerie.

Thru 5 years of marriage, I have been thru a lot. Four years ago I had an affair. Felt very guilty for years (and he made me feel guilty then would tell me that i'm not sorry at all). He said he forgave me but I did not realized that calling people dirty names was a sign of forgiveness. We even had another child after the affair. Every time I walked out the door I could not go alone or at all because he would "tell" me where he "knew" i was going. He would say things to the point where most times i would decide not to go (even if it was the supermarket). This already manipulative man did everything that he could to drive me out of the marital home. Instead I moved into a separate bedroom of the house, to stay close to the kids and focus on my online business. A few weeks later he filed for an at fault divorce, claiming adultry & requesting full custody of the kids. He then (days later) came to me "trying" to discuss all the things he "did right" to make this relationship work (and it was full of lies). He had audio&video taped me in the past without my permission so I wasn't sure what was going on. I believe he realized how expensive it would be for a divorce and did not want to have to pay me. Many times he tried to break into my room (not sure how many times he got in). Many times he admittingly listen at my door at night after everyone else was asleep. After all of the drama, arguing, stress, and sleepless nights, I fell asleep on the toilet one night with only the wall holding me up. That night my husband came up to my room and went thru my things and took a pic of me on the toilet (and he told me about it). Going accross the hall to the bathroom I did not think to lock the door (3:30am). He found a small amount of marijuana was hidden in a box in my desk and put it back. I began smoking a little bit at night in my room about 2 weeks prior so that I could sleep (and cause he was driving me nuts!). That was probably the worst mistake ever. Over a week later, my husband came home from work at lunchtime, shouting explisives about me and all kinds of horrible things. It was so bad that i could not even finish getting the baby's coat on before i had to leave the house. He shouted something about getting a private investigator and slammed the door. I went to the store 2 min down the street and got a phone call from him as soon as i walked in the door. He said "your smoking marijuana in my house, I'm calling the cops." I turned around and immediately went home. He didn't even call them until i walked thru the door. When the cops arrived, he led them right to a box that was empty (i took it out). After full cooperation with the cops they arrested me and took me in for 6 hours. 6 hours of time that my husband had to go thru my computer and the rest of my room. i finally came home from jail and immediately went to the shower to get clean. I told the girls i would see them after. 20 min later i was done and the house was extremely quiet. He took my kids and would not answer the phone. I did not even have the chance to hug my baby or say goodbye. I called the cops, they did nothing. I layed in bed for 2 full days crying my eyes out feeling absolutely helpless. I am now still going thru this mess and i have been homeless off and on for months. I smoke a few marijuana joints and get EVERYTHING taken from me due to my husband filing a PFA stating "i threatened his life because she said she would have her new boyfriend beat me up." What a joke. He physically, verbally, emotionally, & mentally abused me for years. What can I do?

I have owned a bulldog for many years now. My opinon get them as they are pups so you know they are going to behave the way you want and have trained them to what you are confortable with. They are very great breed of animals. Mia loves to play and run around. She gets a little rough at times but that is her breed. I have not made any special trips to the vet. I do get some meds for her when she starts vomiting from something she has eatin but nothing serious. I hope this helps!

I am in slight pain what shall i do?

Since i bought my treadmill last monday i have used it every day for 40minutes, now last night when i was using it i could feel a pain in my Achilles, pain above the ankle, i have rested it, and the pain is slightly better but should i run tonight on my treadmill or have a day off. The only problem is i feel guilty if i don't use it! i go on it for 40-50 minutes and aim to do around 3.5miles or 4 miles!

My husband is scheduled to go on a fortnight long business trip tomorrow. My husband works in the private sect for an employer with a handful of employees. He has been there for about ten months. His boss in obnoxious to these few that work for him. During the course of my husbands employment his boss will call during working hours and go off on just about anything. We are not just talking about him discussing business matters, but an outright yelling match. Yesterday my husband one of these calls after 5p, and it was his day off. His boss brought up matters that weren't even his concern. Such as, my husband has a lunch hour and he has taken that hour to join me in counseling. Isn't this his own time, a none paid hour? He has told my husband that he is not doing his job but won't lay him off nor fire him. If he quits there in no unemployment. We live in Mesa Arizona. Can anyone please with with suggestions, advice. Those spots don't indicate the presence of chow or sharpei blood by themselves. In fact many purebred dogs, with long standing doented lines, have black spots on their tongues or entirely black tongues and they may be golden retrievers or pugs or any other type of dog. Take, for example, my mixed breed dog. We know exactly what she is, she's an american bulldog/australian cattle dog mix. She has black spots on her tongue along with all of her littermates and there is no chow or sharpei in her at all.

First and foremost, I would like to share some of my background. I'm currently 21 years of age and have been experiencing sleep paralysis since the age of 17. During my first episodes of SP, I would experience no more than extreme humming and vibrating sensations throughout my entire body. Around the 5 or 6th time it happened to me, I woke up face to face with what I can only describe as a "dark" version of myself that didn't have eyes; the eye area was completely black. Lately my SP episodes have been drastically different, instead of the humming and vibrating sensations that I used to experience, now the arms and legs of my ethereal body are being manipulated by a mysterious energy. The SP first hit me before I was even halfway asleep and that crazy energy came creeping up on me. I woke up, brushed myself off and laid my head back down. Immediately I go back into SP but this time a pole was being pushed against my chest which was very painful. I have Raynaud's. I have developed a few small red marks on my face which the doctor says are broken blood vessels. I easily lose my breath and have heart palpitations at rest. I suffer from increased body stiffness, and asymetric joint deterioration in MCP joints in hands. Last blood tests normal except for very low Immunoglobulin IGG levels. This battery of blood tests is normal except for ANA detection on Cardiolipin AB test. Anyone out there familiar with these symptoms or lab results?

Really silly question but, can he read?

My 4 year old is in preschool and has been able to write his name for a while (Kendrick). I have noticed that for the pst couple of weeks he has been using the letters from fridge phonics to spell out words (go, no, stop, fish, milk, leaf, Nolan, Mekhi (his brothers), jar, etc.) When we are at the grocery store he is constantly asking, "What does D-E-L-I mean? " "What does A-I-S-L-E mean?" He has started trying to spell his name in lower case letters and can even write the names of some of his clmates and when the TV is on closed caption he can recognize certain words. My 11 year old could read by 4 and I am thinking that my 4 year old is ready. I know this is a weird question, but is he already reading or is he just memorizing things? If he is just memorizing how to spell things do you think he is ready to read.

It happened a year ago, my junior year of high school right before I was about to board a plane for a trip with my school, a panic attack, at the time I had no idea what was going on, my world was crashing down, I was unable to board the plane, it was one of the worst times of my life. I was diagnosed by myself with Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder, I soon went on Xanax XR, and all was good.... or so I thought. For a month or so everyhting was good.. I shortly after collapsed in trembling panic attack at the movies but they were very abbreviated incidences. It took me a while but I soon came to realize I was always tired in the afternoon after getting home from school. I soon experienced one or two minor panic attacks and its been a dull nausea pain ever since.. including sleepiness, dizziness, heart pain, head aches, stomach problems, etc..... this is to ask should I go on 2 MG of Xanax XR or should I just stick it out? any help is good thanks!

I have a pain in my lower right stomach?

I've had it since early December. It's a very dull pain about an inch to the right and a little below my belly on. It lasts for a few minutes and then it goes away. It's normally the dull pain or just feels a little funny, but sometimes it hurts more like a spiking pain, but again it only lasts for a few minutes. I've been trying to take note of when it happens, and it's pretty much random. Laying down doesn't help or worsen it and it isn't particularly after I eat or walk or anything. I have been noticing that I felt a little gaseous usually when it comes lately. I've been getting my periods regularly each month. It's also just about right where my pant line is, so I thought maybe it could be caused by the pressure from that (I usually wear jeans). Sometimes it kind of feels itchy, but underneath my skin. I know it isn't appendicitis because it has been too long and it doesn't hurt enough for that. I have had this before about a year ago, but it didn't last this long and eventually went away altogether. Now it's back, and it's been around so long that I'm now getting concerned and am wondering what it could be. It feels as though if I were to do some vigorous stretching or exercise it would hurt a lot, like it would stretch or rip a muscle or whatever it is. I tried to lift my mattress today and it did make the pain worse. That's about all the information I can give.

My mom had a surgery to remove a kidney stone that was the size of a softball but a bit bigger for 11 days she had a tube coming out her side with stuff leaking out of the tube into a bag and now they removed the tube today and the doctor said it wont leak much and that we wouldn't have to change the bandages until tomorrow morning well that was like 12 hours ago and i have had to change the bandage 2 times today and most likely another time cause it has leaked all through the bottom of the gauze and i was wondering if it should be leaking that much please help im afraid for my mothers well-being

we are 99.9% positve shes not pregnant. came to my house march 6 and dropped off what she called her "proofs". these were doents from the same clinic that i go to. i was suspicious due to the fact that she works in the hospital so she probably has many friends that could have made or sold her those doents. i happened to have an appointment there myself so i had them checked out and were told they were real doents but with falsified information on them, even her name was misspelled. since my appt was to check for stds i talked to the std counselor about my situation and even tho legally you are not supposed to, she looked up the girl for me in the computer and it was a lie. she never took pregnant test there. also her first mistake she made that made me suspicous was telling me she paid $75 with no insurance and that my dh better start helping her with money. i to am uninsured and was told the test cost $150. $46 if you dont want to see a doctor. no way she paid $75

The thing is that I have this huge discomfort(not pain) in my backbone(the neck area). My backbone feels like it is very weak and when I make sudden movements or move my head from one side to another it feels like it is about to brake. Ok well i was walking home from school today and i didn't have a touque or a hood and my hair was in a pony tail so my ears wern't covered. I was only outside for like 15mins. But my ears were really cold. It's been 7 hours and my ears are still red and they burn. It's just the top of my ears that hurt. There swollen and feel like there still warming up but it's been 7hrs!
