How to stop puppy from eating her poop?

I have a GSD and she is 11 weeks old...she has a horrible habit of eating her poop when she has an accident inside the house. I have scolded her and she doesn't care. Is there any way I can get her to stop this? I have raised many GSD pups..this is the first one to eat poop like this!!
