What are the implications of Malaysia's phased pull out from the International Monitoring Team in Mindanao?

I didn't even know that there is such a team there in Mindanao until you asked this. And I sure am always alert on local news. There is not much negative implication that i can think of...by the way, what is the problem? I mean, is it a peace talk between Muslim exteremists and...who? Really, I don't know and don't care about that news.
