Is there a way to smuggle drugs but make it drug sniffing dog proof?

Altho I do not use or sell drugs, I always see the drug sniffing dogs in airports and at times, on the streets with cops. Is there a way to make it so dogs cannot smell them, like something to wrap them in, or a chemical?
