Do you think i have frostebite?

Ok well i was walking home from school today and i didn't have a touque or a hood and my hair was in a pony tail so my ears wern't covered. I was only outside for like 15mins. But my ears were really cold. It's been 7 hours and my ears are still red and they burn. It's just the top of my ears that hurt. There swollen and feel like there still warming up but it's been 7hrs! My ears frickin hurt! Is it frostbite? BTW it was -40ish.
