I need help typing a bibliography?

I have a Power Point project for science about the California H2O Supply and i have 10 slides. On the last one my teacher wants a bibliography, but i don't know how to find my sources.How do i type it out? Are there examples? I got all of my 8 slides that have information on different websites and i don't remember some of it. Thank You for helping me(:
