Is Russia Solely Responsible For War In Europe?

Whilst there was hatred & distrust between Germany & Russia after the pact was signed, Russia did not enter the war until 1941 when Germany attacked it in the Barbarossa Campaign. Russia, if anything, shortened the war through its mive armaments capacity and military might and the fact that Stalin stopped inating his generals.
